OMG etc help needed

Hello peeps, since joining the forum a few weeks ago I notice that post, threads and the like are littered with acronyms that I have never come across... No I don't live in a box under the stairs but I do tend not to use my mobile phone for texting and such.
To old and Lazy to search the web, enjoy trying to figure acronyms out but some of them baffle me... Would appreciate help expanding my mind in alphabetical profundity... FFS hark on her..... (that means what I think it does, right?).

Things I have learn't so far?

STFU = Shut the F2ck up (is typing swear words against forum rules?)
FTFU = F2ck thus f2ck you (apparently according to google it is not necessarily offensive? I'll have to try it on the wife)

Some of them are quite confusing. DKUATB apparently means "Do Keep Up At The Back". I don't know about you but I could look at that for a thousand years and not work its meaning out.

No, type whatever the **** you want, and the ****ing swear filter will save us all from reading ****ing rude words.

I must admit, I don't see the point in replacing F, U, C and K with four asterisks. I don't know about you, but my brain automatically reads "****" as, well, the word it's replacing. Leaving me wondering how long it will be before "****" is a swear word in its own right and therefore subject to censorship.

Ah, but even in context sometimes you might not know if it's ****, ****, **** or ****.

The one that got me was SWMBO. I knew what it was referring to (significant others), but had to look up the origin/meaning.

FTFY is used, sometimes for comic effect, to change what a poster has written to make sense, or a different point. See what I did to your quote.
