They were lucky to get through their first match but really clicked in the second. Always felt this would be a round too far.

Sorry to see Murray go but it was clearly time. He's given us some incredible moments over the years, but my favourite will always be listening to the US Open win in 2012.

My favourite was his first Wimbledon title in 2013.I can remember shouting at the tv.
He has been a great player and an ambassador for British sport.
People used to say he was miserable but he wasn't he just had a dry humour that people didn't get.

That would be a close second for me, but that first slam is one of those "remember where you were" moments for me.

The other thing that screwed his public persona, in England at least, was his "anyone but England" comment. Which is funny enough anyway, but was a jokey response to people who'd been giving him grief about Scotland boycotting yet another tournament.

A multi millionaire who has spent Christmas Day at his grandparents house, probably slept on a rubbish sofa bed.
