Did a bit of it when I was younger and more flexible and foolish (debatable); what these fellas are doing is unreal.

On the judging it's ridiculously technical. I'm amazed they can do it so quickly.

ETA: same in skateboarding, and all the winter "action" sports.

They were lucky to get through their first match but really clicked in the second. Always felt this would be a round too far.

Sorry to see Murray go but it was clearly time. He's given us some incredible moments over the years, but my favourite will always be listening to the US Open win in 2012.

Enjoyed the BMX this evening.

Kye White is carrying a back injury but done good to get to the semis. I think it might be a French 1-2-3 for the medals here. Beth Shriever was amazing, but Willoughby and Sakakibara were also unbeaten in their heats.
