They have been stored safely in the loft as not to be damaged since not been used for so many years.

I had some old badminton rackets in my loft for a few years, when I went to reuse them they literally fell apart! Not a great place to store some exotic bikes IMO, huge extremes of hot and cold, you know what CF is like surprised they haven't turned to dust already

They seem ok. I've asked to borrow the 108 at the weekend for a session at the Olymipic park so I'll let you know

So a lot less than estimates on here. 4,750 and 13,750 euros. And that was a well advertised auction. Hmmm, £3-odd k for a very nice wall decoration ...

True, although they're both 110s rather than 108s, and the second one is in far from perfect condition according to the listing info. If the OP's friend's bike really is in 'immaculate' condition, you'd expect it to fetch a few quid more.

Why not get in touch with Mike Burrows, in Rackheath, Norfolk, and ask him. He was the design engineer and might have some idea of value.

More modern bikes? It doesn't get any more modern than that. The bike is still about 10-20 years ahead of its time.

i have no idea what those would be worth but a year or so ago I had my hands on one of the Australian Olympic track bikes, when I enquired as to approx. worth, I was told £25-35k. I put it down again rather quickly and carefully

they really are Historical pieces - I did view one in a museum store a while ago but pricing them I would imagine is dependant on so many variables.
