Yes. Get yourself down to your local Indian Sweet shop. They will let you taste before you buy.

The stuff that looks like white Duplo Bricks with green spots is Pistachio Barfi.

Made with Condensed milk and sugar, heated and allowed to solidify.
Actually quite easy to make at home. It can be cut into bite size chunks and is, unlike Kendal Mint Cake, soft enough to 'melt in your mouth'.

But watch out, the stuff is addictive.

Damn! that's something I've not considered as cycling food. Beats figs.

It isn't too hard to make loads of recipes for it on line here give it a go I took them on my last 100K ride and they were great to munch on route. :thumbsup:
