Oh me, oh my! Just bought my first road bike!

I'm trying to decide which route home to cycle.

I'd take the longest route possible and cycle with a big grin all the way home.!

Had a f***ing fantastic ride home, need to adjust the set up slightly but there was one of these >> on my face the whole way.

Nice bike. Nowt wrong with toe-clips by the way if you don't want to go clipless. Baby wipes are apparently good for those impractical white bits. So say the fashion victims who have white bikes.......

Well CJ, I'm just SICK with envy here - that's exactly the bike I've been waiting more than 5 weeks for, it's even the same colour (although on mine the tyres, handlebar tape and saddle will be black - white will not stay that way for long!!). I wish I'd gone somewhere where I could have walked out of the shop with the bike, instead of supporting my little lbs. No, I don't really mean that - they've paid for the bike up front and won't get their money off me until the blasted thing appears!

Beautiful bike - you show excellent taste and discernment I must say Hope you enjoy it (grrrrrr).

I wouldn't have chosen the white either, but it was the last they had in stock. Sorry, I shouldn't have said that, should I? At least the grubbiness will make it look well used
