I think I am going to go for about 20 miles a day with a few longer rides just to try and get 1000km for the month. I have some things around the house I need to get done and I want to do a little more walking/jogging and maybe even a little weight training started this month. I planned for April and May to be geared more toward trying to get my physical health in better order. It was about the most important thing for me to do that I could think of.
