The origin of Christmas is from Christ Mass as he used to weigh himself on Dec 25th. Seeing his weight had ballooned again he’d start his boxing again the next day. Christ is a founder of weight watchers.

The tradition of presents in stockings comes from when Santa 🎅 used to work for Hermes. Instead of knocking on the door to deliver presents he’d just lob them down the chimney as he flew by. Many presents ended up getting burnt in the lit fires. Maidens got wise to the delivery methods of Santa and hung stockings in the chimney above the fire, to catch the presents.
