As long as it’s temperature is still above 71 degrees C, and remains so for long enough after you’ve opened it, for it to boil, possibly, pure water boils at 71 degrees C, at the 34 Kpa pressure on the summit of Mr Everest, I don’t know about tea contaminated water and I’m not sure many people take flasks of tea to drink all the way up there anyway.

It happened to me on mount snowdon, I got to the top, opened my flask and it immediately vapourised as it was exposed to atmospheric pressure, gutted I was

Water expands by 1600 times when it turns to steam

An unvented hot water system can under fault conditions reach temperatures above 100c and remain as water as it is pressurised, that's until someone opens a tap and BOOM!!! Imagine 200litres of water expanding by 1600 times almost immediately, its goes off like a bomb blowing out walls and worse!

Think water comes in just liquid, ice and gas? ... Think again, water can exist in four different states, either as a solid, liquid, vapour or plasma.

Drinking too much water too quickly can lead to water intoxication. Water intoxication occurs when water dilutes the sodium level in the bloodstream and imbalance of water in the brain.

Water intoxication is most likely to occur during periods of performance.

Water was first drunk by the French in 1642, during the national wine shortage. 72 hours later the entire population was sober, setting in motion the chain of events that eventually led to the revolution.
