Should be back on bike by Xmas.

Today is exactly one year after I smashed my right arm up and was off the bike until October. That seemed long enough. I hope everything goes well, and you get the chance to relax while it recovers

Don't worry, we'll all stay off our bikes for the rest of the summer so we all lose fitness the same and you won't be left behind....... bugger that. You will have to work hard to get back but I'm sure you won't give up, GWS
