Ha...I started my spreadsheet tonight too. I have about 20 local ones, most of which I've been to. I reckon 32 others throughout the year are mor than doable especially if we pull off our planned bike tour in the summer.

We don't live that far apart - we should plan a cafe in the middle!
^_^

That would probably be around Bath. Loads of cafes there!

Deal.

A good one because she told me you are sh*t in bed :rolleyes:

If that is an innuendo with a serious point, SSRI’s are the way to go, particularly Citalopram.

Hopefully;
The primary one is to lose the 2 stone, I've put on since I stopped running
Secondary, which the first will help, is climb hills better than I do now
I’m the same. Since I started to WFH my exercise has plummeted off a cliff as I’m not walking anywhere near a much between the car park, office, hot desk to hot desk and meeting room to meeting room.

I'm going to try and stop buying loads of yellow sticker items from supermarkets. I buy loads then end up having to stuff food downxx( when I'm not hungry, which is most of the time. I even try and give it away to neighbours and friends, but they give a 'thanks, but no thanks'. Probably thinking it's gone off or that I'm trying to poison them.🤔

Mine will be fitness based too, i've been desk based rather than manual work for the last 6 months and my fitness has dropped substantially. So new membership to the 24hr gym around the corner from work and 3 early morning sessions a week are being planned.

I'd love to cycle commute but think 80 mile round trip may not be very wise

Since you ask my throwaway comment related to this
>>>>Hmm. 'meet for coffee' seems to be a euphemism for a quick ****; what

In the later life dating thread.
Ah, gotcha. I'd forgotten about that! But that's in the context of internet dating, and as used and understood by many male 'participants' in that particular 'sport'.

In all other sorts of activities, I'm pretty confident it's generally understood to involve consumption of the actual named beverage - or tea, if preferred - , and usually cake, too.

When I get over my forthcoming hip replacement I'm going to take up physical exercise again🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♂️. I've done very little since they closed the gyms in the first lockdown. I was peed off at first, but the longer it went on the more lazy and complacent I became.
