Losing 100gr from the outer area of a wheel makes more difference to climbing than anywhere else on the bike.
Hi,
In fact losing 100g on the outer area of the wheels makes next to no difference to losing
200g anywhere else on the bike when you are climbing, very dodgy wrong physics.

Any effect would only noticeable accelerating / decelerating due to inertia,
