LBS said the fork is designed for cartridge bearings not caged bearings , the cartridge bearings that came with the other forks did not fit the headset so it was a new headset

what BB width were you running ? i bunged a 68x110 in and i think its a smidge wide as im getting heel rub already marking the crank arm , im thinking a 108 /107 might be better ?

At first I was running a 105 crankset with external bearings and a 24mm shaft but then swapped in the BB from the Allez. I'm not sure how wide it is, just that the 5800 series 105 casette and derailleurs like it more than the 24mm 105 crankset.

ok here you go , used as set up for commuting last couple of weeks , i reckon i will change the chainset at some point as its an 8 speed one married to a 10 speed set up.it does work although not pretty .
