Easy mate,2 hex keys and a pair of pliers,took about 20 minutes.
That's another upgrade done,it's starting to look nothing like the bike I bought last year.

Well I never got to go on a test ride,bloody rain,so tomorrows commute at 4.45am will be it.
Better take my hex keys with me just in case

Don't usually need brakes at that time in a morning anyway

They are a definite improvement on the stock ones,and they haven't fallen off yet

Though todays ride home in the wet has convinced me to fit the Koolstop Salmons I've got to the front brake.
In the dry they are really good though,much more responsive and the silver colour looks good I think.
