need to put ON weight?

i eat healthy, i eat unhealthy, i cant seem to put on any weight at all, i cycle alot, work outside on roads, i walk loads, but i never lose weight, just cant put any on lol, (blessing for most ppl) any tips

I prescribe a jar of peanut butter twice a day for 2 weeks, then report back with your progress :tongue:

In all seriousness, you must not be consuming enough calories to cover your TDEE or have an underlying health issue. Might be worth getting the all clear from your GP and if that checks out, maybe consider keeping a record of exactly what you eat and how much physical activity you are doing?

Edit: Sorry, didn't read your post well enough. You're not dropping are you - just maintaining? So you must be consuming bang on your TDEE.

Eat more and do some resistance training (e.g. gym work) and then eat even more. It can be difficult and not much fun though, so alternatively, don't worry about it.

i have no health issues, just not putting on weight, cant do peanut butter, any nuts gives me migrane lol
maybe its a case of put up and shut up lol, i'm made this way and thats the end of it!!

goodpoint lol.............imay get slower in my times and speed!
brad wiggins aint that fat, and he dont need it does he?

I was like that: 18yrs old, 6' and 9.25 stone. 30 odd years on and metabolism has slowed to the point that I now touch 12 stone if I don't watch it.
