Narrow lanes - do not overtake cyclists

Van driver was 99% a doofus, it's being generous to give him credit for his 1% nondoofusnessocity.

Could be slightly missing the point here where some people are more worried about scratching their vehicles instead of anything else.

To be honest a lot of you would probably be the same about your (loved) bikes.

It's got nothing to do with how the cyclist is riding or his position and everything to do with the fact that both drivers ignored more than one clear sign and the second driver followed the first driver overtaking without checking he has a clear line of sight and the way is clear... Just like what happened here with me...

No, but my dining table needs a wipe down where someone has spilled Parmesan on it

to be fair, the car in front would have obscured his view of the cones... but that doesn't stop him from being a nobber.
Exactly my point, he overtook without a clear line of sight and he should have made sure there wasn't an obstruction before overtaking (like the guy in my video who nearly hit the bollard... the car in front obscured it). It's basic driving skills, it doesn't matter which position the cyclist was in, you don't blindly follow another car when overtaking.

And so inured are we to sloppy, lazy and inattentive driving we're supposed to grant credit to an idiot who hits cones instead of living flesh.

You must know, though that people drive like this all the time especially where I commute.Im not saying is a hero.Im just glad the cyclist wasn't harmed.Anyway im no longer prepared to waste my time anymore on this thread and be involved in a witch hunt.Good day to you.

Why are you riding so far towards the edge of the road? Those double yellows aren't a cycle lane.

This constant sniping is something up with which I shall not put, goodbye and good riddance and I hope you go into a room and forget why you went in there, and that's swearing.
