No, kerosene/paraffin is something else. It is oily. Yes, multifuel stoves run on a variety of stuff. Mine is not multifuel.

Peak1 multifuel stoves can run on kerosene which in the UK is called liquid paraffin.
In some places this fuel is called naptha.

"liquid paraffin" is not at all the same thing a "paraffin" (a liquid). liquid paraffin is sold in chemists for medical purposes (maybe laxative) wheras paraffin (aka kerosene) is a fuel.

I'd recommend going to a physical shop rather than buying online.
As well as naptha panel wipes, there are also cellulose-base panel wipes that are not suitable for stoves. I also wouldn't expect it to be allowed to send what's basically a can of petrol through the post.

dunno about the postage thing. I bought a litre each of acetone and iso-propyl alcohol off a fleabay seller and was duly delivered - by a carrier rather than post office admittedly
