If my pulse rate is that low on normal day activities, how low do you think it goes when I'm resting or even sleeping...

I very much doubt that your HR is that low during activities, sitting down still, yes, but start moving around and it will soon go up a bit. I have a RHR of about 47 (coincidently, I just tested it this morning - as I do regularly to keep a record and maintain the accuracy of my HR zones - by sleeping with my HR strap on, then upon waking turning on the Garmin head unit whilst laying in bed, i.e. before getting up and having a coffee), by simply tensing and relaxing my legs a bit my HR goes up over 65. Having still got the HR strap on now, because I forgot to take it off, my Garmin says 55 having just consumed 3 cups of coffee. In short, your values are not that low, some people beat slower than other's but you are certainly not beating at an alarmingly slow rate.

As B'n'Y says, nothing to worry about.
