How big are the battery packs on these? Where do you hide the pack?

The pack comes in its own pouch which has a velcro strap to attach to the top tube. You just tie it on with the velcro, plug it into the lamp and off you go. It is secure enough. Whip it off and charge it up with the mains charger. It lasts hours between charges. The cells are the same Lithium ones out of laptops
