It's been a lovely and sunny, albeit still slightly chilly day here chez Casa Reynard.
Slept well, but still feel somewhat meh. This morning's plans were upended somewhat thanks to discovering that the pears I bought a week and a half ago, and were in my utility room fruit store, were in serious danger of developing language skills. Not wanting to consign a whole bag of pears to the compost, I turned them into a batch of pear & ginger jam instead. So that way, they won't be wasted.

I have discovered that the Tesco's "Finest" cheddars are made by the Davidstow creamery.
Didn't really fancy doing overly much this afternoon, but made myself go out on the bike. Took Maximillian the MTB to ride along the Hundred Foot for a bit. Was actually the right decision, as it was lovely out in spite of the cool breeze. It was still windproof jacket and long-fingered gloves territory though.
Now sat down with a post-ride
and a biskit.
