Office day but did not feel like rushing in so a touch of WAH with a Teams 121 with current line manager then ebiked in; the chily wind was noticeable.
Lunchtime was spread around a blood test and a covid jab. Headed home mid afternoon as I had a work visit to do north of Ripon. Annoyingly the chain came off heading down humps and hill - maybe hit a hump too fast.
Car bound up the A61 and traffic was sweaving to the centre of a former 3 lane stretch, a pair of pheasants were stood in the road.

I feel very lazy tonight so I'm thinking of getting a kebab. The disadvantage with this is that I will have to walk to the kebab shop because I can't quite bring myself to have the food brought to me.

Away the morn to Wymondham to complete my funeral plan. As Wymondham is where I worked for about ten years, I shall of course be cycling the twelve miles - !
With a stiff easterly wind expected again, I'll dare say I'll be getting there a lot faster than the return journey - !

The Colnago is now set up on the turbo and Tacx QR adapter found in the 'spares box'. The consultant says I can start to static train on the bike, and slowly ditch the crutches. No real world stuff yet until I'm comfortable walking properly (unaided).
I'll be giving MyWhoosh a try for a few months. All set up about a month ago.
