Itching to get back on my bike's
Location

I did it last time - broke my spine, after 3 months got back on the old MTB for short rides along the canal. Couple of months later.. went to meet MrsF for lunch near her work. She went back to work, I wandered into Halfords (next door to the coffee shop) and bought a Boardman Pro full suspension MTB, and 'hid' it in the garage for a while. She's wise to it now.

I have bought loads over the years but don't remember 'Hiding' any of them but I can understand why

Have I got this right? The big boss wants to get people into work by getting rid of people and bringing in AI?

It never ceases to amaze me how thick most politicians are. They grab hold of the latest buzz phrase & think it is their answer to all the world's problems.

Lots of showers passing through this corner of Suffolk, some rain, some hail, some of both (which I got caught out in earlier).

Before I went out I realised that I had a free cake coupon for Lidl that expired today and a check of thier app showed that coffee was on offer. Then checked the cupboard and found I was getting low on squash again despite having topped up my stock only recently (I seem to be getting through loads at the moment) so that little bit of shopping accounted for today's little bit of exercise on the bike.

Lunch of a chicken & mustard half baguette has been had with a mug of coffee and the Lidl freebie cake which should soak up the couple of drinks I'll be having later at the leaving get together.
