I cycled round to a friend's house this morning, it was a bit icy but I took it easy. We all sat out in his back kitchen sun room. He didn't have the heating on but at the time I didn't notice it but gradually I must have been getting colder and colder. Around mid day we decided to leave by that time I was feeling really cold. I cycled home and warmed up a bit but I have been really cold all this afternoon. I didn't want to put my thermals on thinking I would be to warm inside.

I have just eaten an Aldi Carlos thin crust stone baked ham and pineapple Pizza, smothered in tomato sauce. I don't think I have ever tasted anything as bland before! Even with tomato ketchup and extra cheese it still tasted or not tasted completely bland. I think it was stone washed!

Another day of work while not really knowing what I'm doing completed.

I fell on ice on my way home and managed to rip my jeans and skin my knee.:cursing: I've it and applied Sudocream as I didn't really have anything else.

My two-week old jeans will be relegated to fixing car/bike/tractor duties by the looks of it.

Or else I join the trendies and have a hole in my jeans...

I suppose this is one of the ways you save money by walking to work. When it goes wrong, a new pair of jeans costs less than retrieving your SUV from the hedge!

Oh, an today's funny story. Our trainer couldn't get the driver's door of his car open so got in through the back door and drove to work. The front doors still wouldn't open and because the child locks were on, he couldn't get out of the back either and the windows wouldn't wind down.

I may be wrong but I make the assumption here that he didn't bother defrosting the car or else the doors and windows should have opened and the he is probably one of these idiots that drive about with windows covered in ice.
