Another grey miserable looking day and no change forecast until Sunday when we could get proper rain.
Yesterday did a lot of clearing out of unneeded bits and pieces. Lots more still to go .
I have a lot of stuff which I should really try to sell but cannot be bothered with the admittedly minor hassle.

We are told we need less sleep as we get older but I seem to be the opposite and sleep longer than I have ever done in the past.
Last night I was in bed for 10 hours and slept most of it and had to force myself to get up this morning.
If my curtains do not get opened I am sure a neighbour would notice and be at my door enquiring if I am ok before the end of the day.

Well the window cleaner has cancelled due to not being able to start his van .
Garden bird feeders have been topped up.
Looking forward to a second cuppa soon.

Good morning from another grey & misty start to the day in Suffolk. Coffee has been had after a very good night's sleep. I have nothing to do today apart from a quick bike ride or walk later to get a few travel snacks for tomorrow's train trip north. Thanks to the unexpected payout from Greater Anglia, I'll have a pub lunch when I get there.

Just to let you know that if you can hear any banging noises in the background, that'll be the sound of the fitters replacing my bath.
