We have been to our local pub (about a 2 minute walk) and had a very nice meal, the landlord & lady have been in for about 4 years now and have turned the place into a proper traditional pub

I'm rebelling a bit today. I've only had one portion of fruit and veg,only cleaned my teeth once and i haven't had a bath or a shower.

My coffee had a very similar pattern on the froth but I didn't have my phone with me to photograph it and its accompanying full English.

I'm off to have my toe hair straightened then I've got a lunch date.

There was no Friday Night music thread last night.

I was gutted by this.

Had to talk to Mrs S instead (or rather, I sat there nodding occasionally for several hours trying to look interested whilst she talked at me. I'll swear she was going several minutes between breaths).
