the people for my PIP claim have just sent me a reminder for an appointment in warrington that I cancelled 3-4 weeks ago!
Good to see they are on the ball. Not only can I not travel, nor sit for the appointment, but it has also been cancelled!

Two seperate companies & the DWP involved in those. Data protection prevents one telling the other.

Today was a really beautiful warm day, people still wore winter coats

Checked my tyres today, having noticed a little gash in my front on Thursday. Found two bits of glass in my rear. Have now removed. They are M+ so the guard thingy had stopped them in their tracks. Have now filled the holes in with puncture repair kit rubber glue, which I picked up from Sports Direct at less than half price

Have also changed a light switch in the lounge and repaired a CD player.

Been a nice DIY Monday.

I smell like a bonfire due to sitting downwind from a chimnea for a couple of hours in my daughters garden this afternoon.

Didn't bring enough food into work, also quite bored of eating. I know I have to have good protein levels but I am sick of having to eat.

The clamp for the front derailler required some gentle rethreading. The spare was too big. Maybe the derailler & the chain wheels need replacing.

I've cleaned my fixie. Guess I'll have to ride it to work tomorrow.
