I'll find out shortly... Going for a walk this morning rather than a ride. Not enough time available to me before I'm picked up by ambulance to go for yet another mri scan only with contrast this time

I walked .8 of a mile today I even put my socks and shoes on and tied the laces

that's more than I have managed.... goes off to check how far I walked this morning...

yep - its more than me. I only managed 0.75 miles and failed at putting my socks on. managed the shoes though because I have the laces to loose, I can slide my feet into them without needing to bend over now! It gives me a touch of freedom!

Mrs S and I are off to the pub for our tea tonight for a change, and I may well be a touch squiffy when I return as they do an excellent range of real ales. Apologies in advance for any mindless drivel I may post later on.

My hot water has started powering the central heating independently of the thermostat setting. This means it's warmer than usual.
