I have moved on to bike fettling now, taken me an hour to find all the bits I need for a possible return to cycle commuting on Tuesday, next job is to swap the off road tyres on the CX to some more road friendly ones.

I've just made the first batch of mincemeat this season (anything to use up apples).

I haven't made the mince pies yet.... If I did that I'd eat them!! Just finding any way to reduce our Apple mountain. I also made up a recipe for fig and apple jam - no idea if it will taste ok, we will see!
