Well, seeing as the person involved was a 4 yr old girl who rode into my bike as it was leaning up against the bench I was sitting on
I had one like that this week... And the very small child hit my bike even though I stood still and watched it happen in slow motion. It was near a school and I've no idea if the adult who was presumably accompanying her realised she was out of control.

I was once laid out by a 4-5 yr old girl, I was talking to her dad (my cousin) at a family gathering whilst the kids were running round and Gemma ran into me.
Not too bad I hear you say but just think what height her forehead is and where it can impact a fella.

Last year we were having drinks and snacks at work at work on the last day before Christmas. One of the women had brought her young son in, and he was playing on an office wheeled chair, pulling himself along using whatever he could grab - desks, cabinets etc.
Next thing I knew as I stood there samosa in hand was a small fist latching on to my meat nd two veg, yanking on them as hard as possible in an effort to thrust his improvised vehicle forward. Not an experience I would want to repeat.

the data was on the windows partition that was then formatted with a Linux mint build and virtually no drivers, so the data partition was not only formatted but some overwritten (luckily it seems that it only over wrote the operating system files and not too much of the data!)... I am having to do a low level scan (with the hdd as a 2ndard slave on my on laptop) to find the data minus the partition table.... luckily it is only a 160Gb hdd otherwise it would be taking a seriously long time.... I now have a lot of files called file0000234.jpg or file000126473.pst instead of whatever they were called previously and not all of them work. I have managed to repair 3 of the pst files using a MS repair tool.... now to work on the other files like the word documents and excel spreadsheets!
I just thought you'd like to know that I haven't the faintest clue what your talking about, but I am very impressed!!

I'm the one that finds those deleted files and file fragments on hard drives when you think you have deleted them and they can't be found or you think you have hidden them.... like csi or police forensics. it is amazing what I can find.... but I do wish I hadn't seen my landlady (in her 60's) in a bikini! or for that matter her boyfriend minus his clothes! Somethings are not worth finding in my opinion!

Used to do it on floppies, not sure I want to do it on today's hard drives!

I had to do it on aa 500Gb drive a few years back that was in a bad state. Because of the speed of the machine scanning it and the rather large size of the hard drive back then, it took 24hrs for the software to just scan the drive just to tell me if there were any partitions it could go on to scan for data  luckily my laptop is only 12 months old and we'll specc'ed out so this hard drive only took a couple of hours to get to the same stage! On the bright side, I just get on with something else on the mean time...
