I'm always polite to power engineers 'cos when the power goes off .....

My boss is 62 years old and doesn't work Fridays, she used to look after her grandson but now her 2 granddaughters. Thing is the lad goes to nursery as do the girls part time so they pick up every bug going and pass on to grandma. Last week she was off for 2 days with a cold and she is still poorly now so she then comes in and passes her germs around.

Looked after my granddaughter yesterday, today I have a sore throat.

Just a few points.

You've used all the same shape boxes. It would be clearer to use ISO standard ones.
The 'Yes' decisions are the main route and so should be all vertical.
You have a number of boxes with the same result which could be all combined.
'I don't know' should be in a decision box and not a result.
Questions should be of the same form and pointing to the same result.

Just thought you'd like some help.

That is a small machine, wouldn't get much tension on that.
