Been painting the terracotta tiles in our crap kitchen with tile paint. "Cloud White", apparently, but seems to have a pinky lilac tinge.

My head hurts now, the fumes are terribly pungent.

Needs a 2nd coat.

I got up at 03:00.

My sleep pattern is still seriously disrupted. I'm used to having two or three days of 'decompression' after my summer cycling tours but this year's disruption is the worst yet.

Someone was up at @postman's house at 05:30 as I drove past on my way to get some milk from a 24hr garage.

It was Mrs Postman,she works part time at a local Sainsbugs.She does not have to,but she likes to work.She tried retirement but got bored.Each to it's own i say.Right where is the choc hob nob and coffee.
