That doesn't look like West Wickham. I can't place it though.

Don't say that please..
These 4 (one of them badly) and that's all that showed on x ray, some areas hurt almost as much as the others that are confirmed broken, seem much worse than ones I've 'cracked' before.

Today I can't even lift a glass of water. I promptly dropped it on the floor it is that painful and it had to stay there until my OH got home from work. Luckily I was outside on the veranda having moved to the hammock there when I tried picking it up again. Now up, in pain, at 4am. Have been since 2am. Have taken my usual (well usual since breaking the ribs) 40mg dose of time release morphine and 2 doses of top up 10mg morphine, not to mention the time release paracetamol... I would be asleep from all of that but I'm not. I'm hurting like the dubries and have given up. Perhaps just for the sake of getting warm, I'll try again. It's only 2hrs until the alarm clock goes off.
Wish you better soon, or at least not as manically bad

I own too much stuff. My efforts at tidying up just create more mess. Charity shop beckons again.

I tend to shift stuff from A to B then back again. Rather than actually tidying up.

With Yoga being cancelled tomorrow because of half term I was thinking a bike ride would be nice, but I've had an email to say my new router is being delivered tomorrow so it looks like my ride will depend on how early parcel force deliver
