Did some weeding today. Picked a cauliflower and Mrs 26 and I had it with some home grown broccoli I picked yesterday for our dinner

It has been a lovely afternoon and early evening here and quite mild without a breath of wind.

It has been grey here all day with a bit of rain at times.
The library was selling off some books so I bought 3, The Best of Hancock, Bradley Wiggins and We Kept the Secret ( Enigma Memories). I thought I might do some reading some when in the future.

I remember my Grandmother taking me and my cousin to see it at The Salisbury Playhouse when we were 18 as our first proper grown up outing. She made us dress up for dinner first too. So it's quite a strong memory.

These 4 (one of them badly) and that's all that showed on x ray, some areas hurt almost as much as the others that are confirmed broken, seem much worse than ones I've 'cracked' before.

Today I can't even lift a glass of water. I promptly dropped it on the floor it is that painful and it had to stay there until my OH got home from work. Luckily I was outside on the veranda having moved to the hammock there when I tried picking it up again. Now up, in pain, at 4am. Have been since 2am. Have taken my usual (well usual since breaking the ribs) 40mg dose of time release morphine and 2 doses of top up 10mg morphine, not to mention the time release paracetamol... I would be asleep from all of that but I'm not. I'm hurting like the dubries and have given up. Perhaps just for the sake of getting warm, I'll try again. It's only 2hrs until the alarm clock goes off.

So sorry to hear that you are still in so much pain.
Sending warm and pain free thoughts and a virtual hug, which theoretically shouldn't hurt!! Hope the healing starts soon.

Ah that's sad, he was talented. Pete Burns died as well, he wasn't.
