Saturday is best for us working people, we are busy on the 3rd, but 26 Nov or 10 Dec are good for us.

some of us working people have to do 7 days to protect and serve and all that jazz.

Unfortunately 10th is a work day for me

My wife has been removing the wallpaper off the walls in the small bedroom and discovered that they were originally painted bright Canary yellow. Subtle!

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make the 10th... It's a busy time of year anyway and very close to a big birthday.... So at this stage I can't commit to go anyway! But if I do go then yes we could share a train

I'm doing the hall and there are multiple layers with this being the bottom one! (The weird brown fragment on the right!) This project started before the gate and is still on going.... We are hoping to finish it before the 10th ...(maybe)

The grandkids are coming .
3 month old grandaughter...she will probably just feed and sleep.
3 , 7 and 11 year old granddaughters and a 2 year old step grandson...dinner for everyone then there will be baking cakes....there will be excitement and mess.....a lot of mess

Not very mundane but our company has just come to an agreement with Helly Hansen where we can buy all their products at half price.

At least I will be warm this winter.

If I can turn HH gear into good winter riding apparel, I will let you know.

Dulwich Paragon's Ride Of The Falling Leaves sportive today.

I usually ride it. This year, however, my weekend miles have been seriously curtailed by work, so I didn't enter, partly because I reckon the hills would have destroyed me without the miles in the tank, but mainly in order to do stuff with my little 'un instead.

Didn't feel like I was really missing anything this morning. Then I went outside. And the sun shone. And, pouring down Station Road in West Wickham, was wave after wave of cyclists, all on the way to Dulwich Sports Club for their hard-earned pasta and beer.

I have not been so saddened for quite a time.
