We just had a brief but intense shower. My dahlia is looking a bit battered.
I think I might be having me one of these. Falling asleep here at the computer.I have no vices, so I won't be giving anything up......not even my afternoon snooze.

My uncle was in such a camp as well, both Bataan Death March and Turtle Island as well.I've just read her Wikipedia page. What a fantastic woman!! I seem to remember that she worked with Eric Lomax, The Railway Man, who was tortured in a Japanese Prisoner of War camp. I found his story quite poignant as my father had several friends who had been in similar circumstances.
I have the Sainsbury's Christmas food catalogue. Time to get planning.
No I did close them thankfully. Are the doors still open?![]()

Got it back in yet, and is it keeping timet'old body clock's out.
I have just sat down and planned all the meals over Christmas, the only one I haven't nailed down is the main meal on Crombo day. I will have to see what I buy from Tori & Ben, it may be a rib, in which case it will be a traditional roast, however if it is a fillet then I will go poncy with jus, and cauliflower three ways etc.Do you want a ban?
