I have returned from the wilds of Italy.

Seeing the old name reminded me that I used to have dealings with one of the charity's founding members, Dr Helen Bamber, when I worked at Amnesty International. A true campaigner, so much so that she was difficult to work with because she was so single-minded and determined. I was having trouble remembering her surname but I just read that she died a couple of years ago. RIPYes, that's the one. Good on you, Jo![]()
