I'm still suffering the fall out from last week's purse fiasco!

Today I received a card that was sent to my old address. So rang them to get them to update the information... Promptly failed the security questions... for a start I got the address one wrong! I didn't know where or when I opened my account (held multiple accounts with them since I was a child!). After the 3rd call I'm hoping they have now updated the address. The weird thing was that it was the correct address for my husband that was on the system!

By way of avoiding doing the hoovering, laundry and washing up... i decided to switch my mobile phone provider from 02 to Three.

In order to get my PAC from 02, i had to provide the answer to my security question... but their stupid fecking robot didn't ask me the question, it just wanted the answer... Obviously "what's the question?" isn't the answer they're looking for, nor is "ask me the fecking question, then I'll give you the answer!"

I've been in a queue to talk to an advisor for ten minutes now.

Best of luck with Three,
Imo I wouldn't move.

I saw a gap in the clouds and the sun come out, I took this as a sign to get the new hosepipe out and wash the manky car.
All I can say is Karcher's idea of 'ready to use' and mine are worlds apart

It is now assembled and has been thoroughly tested, car is gleaming white again and I am soaked ^_^
What a waste of money - just get thesel' out o'doors when its rainin' wi' a sponge, and job's done! You do live in Manchester...

I were told, when I lived oop north, that yer could easy forecast t'weather in Manchester.
'Can yer see t'Peninnes?' No - 'tis rainin', Yes, 'tis about t'rain.
