A toastie for me tends to mean a toasted Sandwich.

Now I want one but I have no cheese

I just don't understand in this day and age how anyone can be without cheese, surely there must be some emergency roquefort or comte somewhere

Well there is some Danish blue but I don't like that on toast.

I had grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches for dinner last night. Something my mum used to make when we were kids.

There you go, I knew there had to be some......not too many people agree with me on this one but a blue cheese omelette with fresh basil leaves is a wonder. St agur is my go to cheese for this purpose.

I didn't forget... cycling home with a lump of Colston Basset festering on the back of my bike in 30 deg would not have been good
