I feed her first thing. Can't cope with woebegone Labrador eyes in the morning.Breakfast overdue maybe? Lol
Yes, some have likened Oxford's medical school to a prison and she's got life with hard labour.
I have only just looked at the lightning map and thought 'Hoppy's in for it'Here it comes. Think a power cut is on the cards
It's like nighttime out there.
Good wishes from me!My Dad is back in hospital again having picked up and then completely ignored a urine infection ....
Anyway in his state of confusion they have shifted which ward he is on 3 times...last night they tried to shift him for the 4th time in 3 days!! He apparently sat in his chair and refused to move and read his paper! (He can be a stubborn old goat sometimes). The hospital paid for a taxi to see if my mum could persuade him... But he just got into bed and went to sleep! She finally got home at 11 pm. He has now had the most to eat for quite a while today.... So hopefully is turning a corner!
Mrs v R has spent the last hour cavorting, naked, around the garden.
It is now raining!

Spelt flour is low gluten and might help you there-it worked a treat for my mum. After a walk in the hot sun, Idiot Dog's had another swim in the river and is now sleeping: I've removed the Cone of Shame as a test to see if she leaves her leg alone.
After some less-than-fun digestive issues over the last couple of weeks, I'm avoiding white bread for a few weeks to see if there's a repeat. Don't know whether to hope there is or isn't - I do like Marmite on hot, buttered white toast. Had me a healthy breakfast instead - stuck some fruit in the blender and threw in some porridge oats. Delicious but a bit too virtuous.
Very bizarre. It seemed to pass to either side of us. Rained a bit though.I have only just looked at the lightning map and thought 'Hoppy's in for it'
