and the folks in the neighbouring beds thought he was one of the strange ones!
They should probably meet his son.

I also sneezed half way through. Oops.Wasn't told not to but I suspect eating porridge may have been the reason they had so much trouble doing my AAA scan
Also a useful tactic to employ with some on this forumI hope he gets better soon. My dad spent quite a lot of time in hospital in his last few years. He perfected a system of ignoring eye contact, pretending to be deaf and never speaking to people. He said that the wards were full of strange people and this was his way of surviving in their company.
Who said that? Also a useful tactic to employ with some on this forum
He is a tax dodging hobbit from the land of drizzle and kebabs.Who is this Potsy that you speak of?
It's OK he takes his legal advice from a beach bothering, crafty Southern elf.I hear he's already contacting his libel lawyer
It's clearly a lie about living in a land of drizzle.

Henry's advice is cheaper, I pay him in tuna, wimpy wants ginI think you'll find he takes his advice from her cat, Henry.
Late to this as always... (internet issues should be sorted by the end of the week... I'll have satellite broadband ) best wishes to him and fingers crossed. My Dad is back in hospital again having picked up and then completely ignored a urine infection ....
Anyway in his state of confusion they have shifted which ward he is on 3 times...last night they tried to shift him for the 4th time in 3 days!! He apparently sat in his chair and refused to move and read his paper! (He can be a stubborn old goat sometimes). The hospital paid for a taxi to see if my mum could persuade him... But he just got into bed and went to sleep! She finally got home at 11 pm. He has now had the most to eat for quite a while today.... So hopefully is turning a corner!
Apparently we got caught up with the aftermath of a crash on the M1 this afternoon according to the boy, I haven't the faintest idea what he's on about...I was asleep all the way home.
