That is fabulous, I am pretty sure 100 miles would kill me dead!

Grey murky and yuck here too

Morning all, I have enjoyed my possibly last camping weekend of the season at Gilwell and and have bought my first ever piece of Scout clothing. Hope all is well with one and all

I remember Gilwell park, used to go camping there when I was in the boy scouts. T'was good fun!

Whilst congratulating @Katherine on her fantastic century, we must remember that Potsy hasn't even managed to drive 100 miles in a day. Just saying.

What does it matter how you have your hair cut, when you're wearing your hoodie nobody can tell.
Not being a true Manc I only wear it 99% of the time

Just when you thought you had finally got Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart out of your head.

Someone brings it up again. A view across the bay from where we are staying, yesterday of Burgh Island. We went there for the Total Eclipse back in 2000, it was grey that day as well! View attachment 142717
My region has a near total eclipse in August of next year. Last time this happened, we had a nice display at the photo store/lab with refreshments, a giant pinhole viewer I made out of a shipping crate, and other eclipse related goings-on. Dawn chorus for about an hour or more. We also had a Mitsubishi Eclipse on premises. No Bonnie Tyler, though.(Because I didn't think of it.)
