The vet happened to mention she had a goose at home that had a poorly eye and was having to have eye cream put on each day. Apparently she has to sit on the goose to do it.

Morning. I have just been looking at some pictures of a strange bird I could hear in my neighbours garden, it was hiding quite well but I could just make out the shape of a small bird sitting on a branch. The bird seemed to have a long beak a bit like a hummingbird, when I looked at another picture taken from a different angle the bird turned out to be a group of leaves!

A very small black fly appears to have got stuck to the wet paint on my architrave.

I haven't seen any of those tiny thunder bugs this year, they have a habbit of landing in wet paint.

Earlier on whilst I was in the kitchen the kitten decided to chase his tail as he was feeling bored, he increased his speed until he was spinning like a mad thing, when he stopped and tried walking away he walked off sideways and fell over. He lay on his side until everything stopped spinning.
