Actually it should be wooden boards for rustic outdoor food, slate plates are for refined delicate creations served with a jus and micro-herbs.

And I'm a leftie, eat normally but don't play golf. However, I used to bat right-handed. Oh, and one of my bikes has the brakes the other way round, European style.
I too am a lefty, but I eat proper, it's the wife who eats wonky.
