Well I got caught by the rain, but less than half a mile up the road it was bone dry, so I started hoping that so would be my washing.... Until I got the text from my youngest to say that they got so wet on the 5 min walk home they were in the shower! Came home and removed the washing .... Wetter than when I put it out.... It was almost dry before I left:cry:
We had a few spots at lunchtime but the torrential downpours are yet to head further south. Just come in from doing a spot of what could be loosly described as gardening.

The only good thing is the pond that I was pouring several watering can's (from the water butt not tap), as it was so low is now looking as though it's back to being full!

You are three times as likely to have an accident in your own house today, than on any other day of the year.

So tonight it's:

The News Quiz
Cycling - Dauphine
Cycling - Tour Series
Britains best part time band
The last leg

Could be a sofa evening, it's been a while since I've had a weekend with nothing planned.
I love the News Quiz

I however, hate towpaths! Stupidly I thought I would meander along gently, no, it was wet, muddy, bumpy and slippy. Not nice!
