I've just remembered that I was going to go and have a fasting blood test this morning but I've already had a mug of tea with milk in it. Shame, because I'd cleared having a black coffee with the doctor just yesterday. That's black coffee before the test, of course, I'm not arranging coffee with the doctor. Not that I'd mind having coffee with him because, with him being American and having a mohican, he's an interesting enough lad.

Sorted! I simply switched the kettle on, poured hot water into a mug with a tea bag, added milk and sugar.
