It has officially stopped raining. But it is still very cloudy! spells of today.

It is approaching the shortest day of the year. It goes dark at 5pm. It does not start getting light until 7am! It's weird!

I got some Hawke Endurance CF 10X32.

They were a bargain at £99 reduced from £162 a bit more than i intended spending but they are superb. The clarity is amazing. I was able to watch dragonflies mate in the reed beds on the opposite side of the water from the hide and could see something 1mtr away clearly too. They are compact enough to fit into my bar bag too.

Really pleased. Unfortunately i didn't see too much wild or bird life this afternoon unlike the other morning.
