I am cooking pork neck bones in a crock pot after they were smoked, on the way to becoming bar-be-que.
Might I suggest a flapwheel? Fits into a drill, available in a number of different grits and very effective .I have a great adaption to my Black and Decker tool that seems to do everything. Its a wire wool brush. I used that to strip paint of all the fireplaces in my old house so i could zeebrite them. It was most satisfying.
We've got a Gammon joint and not one of those round extruded thingies, this is a proper bit of cured/smoked piggy, Currently in the oven (2 1/2hrs) with a Honey and Mustard glaze to be served with Roasties (Maris Piper) Cauliflower Cheese and boiled Carrots/Broccoli.
Gate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Guess... But it's going to takes ages.... Very fiddly!
Probably wondering where the louvred windows were.Doug will be confused by that.
It'd help you to listen to the same song that goes on for hours (even though it seems to have different titles every 4 minutes), mind you better than 'The Enid' I saw them once at a gig in De Montfort Hall gardens, they'd been playing for 20 minutes before I realised they weren't just tuning up (Otway was supposed to be on the bill but 'apparently' his van had broken down the MC informed us so " The Enid have agreed to play for an extra half an hour")Kasabian are playing at the King Power Stadium tonight, as we took the taxi back across town from the bus station we were held up by the crowds making their way there, most seemed to be fairly well hammered already. Though to be fair, being drunk is perhaps the best way to listen to Kasabian.
There is loads of Gammon left ( the joint weighed 2.2Kgs hence 2 1/2hrs to cook)
Anyway, I didn't need to buy tickets, I can hear it perfectly well from here. Shame I've been awake since 5am on Saturday. Never mind, wine will helpIt'd help you to listen to the same song that goes on for hours (even though it seems to have different titles every 4 minutes), mind you better than 'The Enid' I saw them once at a gig in De Montfort Hall gardens, they'd been playing for 20 minutes before I realised they weren't just tuning up (Otway was supposed to be on the bill but 'apparently' his van had broken down the MC informed us so " The Enid have agreed to play for an extra half an hour")
