Oh gawd! 5:10 and I'm up and awake. This always happens when I've had a curry. Phhhhht.

I'm awake most days between half four and five, though I try not to get up straight away. I must talk to my Good Lady and get some heavier curtains for the bedroom. Black out curtains should do if I can get any.
