Cloudy here but quite warm and slightly sticky .... and I made it to the other end with my botched fettling efforts.... actually was running very smoothly!

No rain here, just quite glad as I signed up to the Strava cycle to work day a few weeks ago and luckily they picked a cracking day for it

I just went up to my pond and found 3 frogs having a bath. I disturbed another one so that is at least 4 in there. At our previous house we had 4 dotted around the place. One lived by the drain, another between the sleepers, one in an old plastic washing up bowl, and one lived under the wooden shed and answered whenever the shed door hinge creaked.

At least it is a tiled area that is easy to clean, says the woman who has spent the last 3 weeks scrubbing bits of bikes, spare tyres, spare wheels, trikes, inner tubes, chains, chainsets... in the shower... and some people questioned my sanity!

I'm not on holiday and i have no work to do but i do seem to have a lot of parcels to unwrap.

We got one of those ... luckily the electrician did it! (Electrics and bathroom, together with having to make a large hole meant Mr Summerdays didn't do it)

i decided to relay the slabs i pulled up on friday.,its bloody boiling in the sun.
ive laid 30 with 10 to go...i feel like skiving...but im working for a monster of a customer..
she's a slave driver...wants 2 rooms decorating and a chimney breast out..i want to move house...
