It's raining here so I'm in baking mode.... Ciabatta in proving, and we will have a late lunch when it's ready with a chicken broth soup (fennel currently sweating), and I've made up a recipe for a rhubarb polenta cake, who knows what it will be like! (As long as it's not awful the men in the house will eat anything cake shaped!)
